Refund Policy
This policy explains when refunds are available for the Practical AI & Digital Skills Program (CAD 350 one-time). The platform is operated by Lambora B.V., based in the Netherlands, and is offered to adults across Canada.
Summary (plain language)
- Refund requests are accepted within 14 calendar days of enrolment.
- To be eligible, no more than the first module may have been accessed.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
- If a learner has accessed more than the first module, refunds are generally not available, because the content is immediately available on enrolment.
This is education only. The programme does not promise employment outcomes, certifications, or government affiliation.
Why the rule is strict
Enrolment provides immediate access to structured materials and exercises. To keep the policy fair for all learners, eligibility is tied to a clear access threshold: whether more than the first module has been opened.
Key programme facts
- Price: CAD 350 one-time
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Expected pace: 3–4 hours per week
- Access: 12 months from enrolment
Refund eligibility
A refund is intended for early-stage situations where a learner enrolled and quickly determined that the programme is not the right fit, before consuming a meaningful portion of the structured content. Because the programme provides immediate access, eligibility is based on time since enrolment and on access to modules.
Time limit
Requests must be received within 14 calendar days of the enrolment date shown in our records.
Access threshold
No more than the first module may have been accessed. If module two (or later) has been opened, the request is generally not eligible.
Return method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
When refunds are not available
Refunds are generally not available if more than the first module has been accessed, if the request is received after the 14-day window, or if the request relates to outcomes outside our control (for example, employment results). The programme is designed as structured education; it is not a job placement service and does not provide government-issued credentials.
If you are unsure about fit before enrolling, the free Learn library is available to preview the tone, level, and approach. The library and the paid programme cover the same themes; the paid programme adds sequencing, exercises, and 12 months of access.
How to request a refund
Refund requests are handled by email so that both sides have a clear written record. To avoid delays, include enough detail for us to locate your enrolment. If you are writing from a different email than the one used during enrolment, mention both addresses.
