3. Description of the Website and Programme
The Website includes a free educational library (including Learn and Guides content) and a paid product titled the “Practical AI & Digital Skills Program” priced at CAD 350 as a one-time payment. The programme materials are designed as a structured learning sequence with exercises and reference checklists.
The programme is designed to run for 6 weeks with an expected pace of approximately 3–4 hours per week. Enrolment includes 12 months of access to programme materials from the date access is granted. The Website may also include updates, corrections, and new learning material as part of ongoing improvement.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, including the structure of lessons or the availability of specific content. Where reasonable, we will try to post a notice if a change materially affects paid programme access during an active access period.
4. Enrolment and Communications
When you request enrolment details or contact us through the Website, you agree to provide accurate, current information. You agree not to submit information that you do not have the right to share, including confidential third-party information or sensitive personal data that is not necessary for your question.

The Website may reference third-party tools, platforms, or services as examples in educational content. Any third-party services are provided by their respective owners and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lambora B.V. and its directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Website, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
11. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, internet or hosting outages, cloud service failures, power failures, and cyberattacks.
12. International Use
The Website is operated by Lambora B.V. from the Netherlands and is intended for adult learners across Canada. We do not represent that the Website is appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access the Website from outside the Netherlands, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction that grants you mandatory consumer protections, those protections may apply to you notwithstanding the governing law clause above.
14. Dispute Resolution

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional posted policies referenced by these Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lambora B.V. regarding your use of the Website.
